The general terms of use relate to the following processes: ordering, payment, delivery and return, that is, the reclamation of goods purchased in our Web Shop, as well as the privacy of visitors' data.

The product seller is Made of Wood. A customer means a visitor who chooses a minimum of one product from the Web Shop, puts it in the shopping cart and sends an order, or sends an order and pays the product (s) by cash or by post or by electronic mail.

All the products that are featured on the site can be ordered. Expressed prices are in Serbian dinar (RSD) with VAT and are valid both for purchase in our Web Shop and for purchase in our retail facility.

Ordering

Once ordered products are irrevocable. Before ordering it is necessary to register on our site, leave all required information and add the desired products to the basket. After that, the process ends with the ordering itself.

If, for some reason, the seller is not able to deliver all ordered products, he is obliged to inform the customer about this on the previously delivered email address or telephone.

All displayed prices on the site are retail (with VAT) and do not include delivery. The price applies only to the product shown in the picture. The seller is not responsible for any spelling mistakes.

It is only possible through the Web Shop that it is possible to order a holiday and holidays.

The ordered goods are delivered exclusively to the address that the customer stated at the time of ordering. The products are delivered in the whole territory of Serbia via fast mail. The buyer can also download the products personally at our address: Partizanske avijacije, 11000 Belgrade, provided that he has previously agreed with his dealer when ordering the order.

The delivery deadline is conditioned by the courier service and is roughly two working days, provided the order was sent the previous day before 12 o'clock. The weekend does not enter the delivery date and the delivery time may be longer depending on whether the Buyer received a receipt during the weekend or public holiday, or if the requested products are not currently available (the delivery deadline for goods currently unavailable is 60 of the day). Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated explicitly.

The products are delivered exclusively through the courier service, all over the territory of Serbia.

The goods are packed in such a way that they can not be damaged by the usual handling and transport processes. When the goods are taken over, the buyer is obliged to inspect the package and report any damage immediately to the courier with the refusal to take over the shipment where the damage is visible. If everything is okay with the package, the customer is obliged to sign the delivery note that serves as a receipt for the takeover when the goods are taken over.

Purchaser ordered products with the cost of delivery of paycheck by downloading or advance payment for ordered products and shipping costs upon download.

If the buyer refuses to take over the ordered goods, the seller has the right to compensation for postal and other manipulative costs.

Payment

Payment to the account: Once the order has been received, you will receive confirmation of the order with the payment information. The exact amount of the value of the order is paid to the current account of Made of Wood, while the shipping costs are paid upon the takeover of the item.

Payment by delivery: When delivering, the courier service will pay the entire amount indicated on the account, which is the amount of the order plus the cost of delivery. If at the time of delivery you are not located at the specified address, your shipment can be downloaded within the next five days in your local post office where it will be located. If you give up your takeover, you are obliged to pay the cost of postage (delivery, refunds and returns).

Made of Wood does not return money for the goods purchased by a business decision.

Within seven days from the date of purchase, the buyer is entitled to a complaint in the following cases:

delivery of products not ordered by the customer

delivery of products with a defect or damage not caused by the transport

other cases that are in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.

In the event that a replacement for another product is made within a period of seven days from the purchase, the customer will be granted a refund after the receipt of the (justified) complaint by email, in writing, with instructions for refund. The buyer will bear the cost of transport in that case.

Along with the product, the buyer is obliged to send the undamaged product packaging to the seller. Made of Wood collects only the data necessary for the purchasing process - name, surname, address, email and phone number. The email address can be requested separately, if the visitor wants to be overrated to our newsletter. At any time, the visitor of the site may be unsubscribed by which the email address will be deleted from the database.

In addition to personal data, the site collects and analyzes anonymous information about visiting the site, visited sites, the time spent on them, and the like. These data are used to improve the user experience of visitors and to improve the product and order process, and can not in any way be associated with a specific visitor.

The Made of Wood company is committed to not using the collected data for other purposes as well as not giving it to third parties or organizations. If a loss or damage arises as a result of unauthorized access to information by third parties when ordering a product, which is not the result of our negligence, the company Made of Wood does not assume responsibility for damages in such cases.
